FAQ

No, all children must be accompanied by an Adult. Adults must interact with or keep in visual contact with their child(ren) at all times. We require 1 adult for every 6 children in your care.

Yes you can! If you are bringing a playdate or additional child, the adult entering the building is responsible for having an entry code for every child at the time of entry.

If another parent purchased a ticket, please be sure to get that child’s entry code prior to arrival so all codes can be entered at the door together. We’re unable to match unused purchases to children who enter without a code, so having all codes ready helps keep entry smooth and fair for everyone.

We are open 364 days a year from 7:30am to 7:30pm – We are closed Christmas Day, but open every other day of the year!

Pricing varies based on location. 2 Adult patrons are free with paid child. Please visit our Pricing page to view full details on day passes and membership options.

Unsupervised means we do not devote staff resources to accept payment at the door or to monitor children. It allows us to remain open from 7:30am-7:30pm every day of the year! We do staff cleaning and maintenance, so you may often see us onsite cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing.

Dress for active play! Socks are required throughout InnerActive. We ask that outside shoes are removed. Please bring a clean/dry pair along with you if you would like to wear shoes during play.

No, we only offer cubbies to store your items. InnerActive is not responsible for lost items so please keep your valuables with you.

InnerActive is cleaned daily, but this is not always completed overnight as you may be used to with many businesses! Our cleaning staff is mom/dad’s just like yourself. We work with our staff for scheduling that works for best for both of us. This means that sometimes the park is cleaned in the afternoon, and sometimes in the morning/evening! If there are any issues between these cleaning times, please let us know, and we will have an additional staff member out as soon as we can.

Yes. The Liability Waiver must be electronically acknowledged when a daily pass or membership is purchased through our online system. Your transaction will not be complete without acknowledging the online waiver. The Adult who completes the purchase acknowledges the waiver on behalf of the child(ren) attending with the adult, even when not part of their own family.

Each child entering our space must be paid for. Sharing your entrance code with others, specifically unpaid persons, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If the entrance code is shared, the person who purchased the entrance code will be financially and legally responsible for all children who enter with that entrance code (unpaid guests will be charged an entrance fee and a penalty charge for each child entering). Persons may be subject to random receipt/membership verification once inside the space.

The outer door to our facility is open from 7:30am-9:00pm every day. The inner door is always locked. To enter our facility you must purchase an entrance code. We suggest you purchase online before you arrive. There is also a computer in our entry. You must enter your code into the keypad to enter our space.
All activity is monitored by cameras throughout the space. We will be able to see a live feed at all times. If you have any concerns/questions, please contact us.

We follow the standard sick policy of our local area schools. If your child has a fever of 100 degrees or more, has vomited or had diarrhea in the last 24 hours, or has a rash which you do not know the cause of, please keep your child at home, and/or check with your physician or clinic.
We ask that you keep your sick children at home to recover. If you have already purchased a pass to play today, we can help you reschedule for a better time. Please contact us. Thank you for your adherence to this policy for everyone’s safety and well-being.

We very carefully follow the Indoor Play Area Maintenance & Sanitation guidelines published by the Minnesota Department of Health.
