Here’s the scoop: Our space is all about YOU! Bring your own food, drinks, cake, and decorations to make the party totally your style. 

We keep it simple and self-serve—just show up, party hard, and give the room a quick tidy-up with the cleaning supplies we’ve got waiting for you.

A room reservation is required, so snag your spot and let the DIY fun begin!

The cost to reserve this space is $220 (+tax).

Your room reservation is 1.5 Hours in our Private Party Room, with
– 15-minutes before to your reserved time to setup
– 15-minutes after your reserved time to clean up

Each groups reservation will include:
– Ten entrance passes for children ages 12 months -17 years.
– Ten adult entrance passes
– Unlimited play for the day of your event.

​ Additional children over the included 10 will be charged $12 each; additional adults are $5 each.
Examples:
If you have 10 children and 10 adults, no additional charges
If you have 13 children, and 7 adults, the additional 3 children will be $12.00 each (plus tax)
If you have 7 children and 13 adults, the additional 3 adults will be $5 each (plus tax)

Final numbers are required 24 hours in advance of your event – first and last name of all children and adults who will be in attendance must be provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions about our Party Space:

– The party room rental is only for the party space, not an exclusive party for the entire park. There is plenty of space for all! If you would like to host an exclusive event, we do so outside of our regular business hours- check it out here.

– Impromptu/drop-in parties CAN NOT be held in the cafeteria area orin any party room that has not been reserved, please plan ahead and book our private party space for your event. (A $175 fine will be added to the entrance fee of any groups who choose to hold a party in the cafeteria).

–  We do not offer discounts for parties, each child ages 1-17 must have a valid entrance pass.

–  Your final numbers are due 24 hours prior to your party (first and last names will be required), and final payment for any additional children or adults will be taken at that time as well.

– Waivers: Information about completing your required waivers will be included in your confirmation email after booking. There is no direct link on our website to complete party waivers. Please check your email after booking for waiver instructions.

– You are welcome to bring tables covers and table top decorations. Balloons are not permitted at InnerActive, we do not allow decorations on the walls, or hanging from the ceiling- including pinatas!

 

Timing Questions:
– Your party is able to stay and play as long as you would like before/after your party, the only time restriction is your time in the party space.

– There is a 30 minute buffer time between scheduled parties, allowing you 15 minutes to set up before your party, and 15 minutes to clean after your reserved party time.

– The time listed is the START time for your party, and will automatically block the following 1.5 hours. The 30 minute buffer is already in place before/after the time shown.

 

Reservation Extensions:

Your reservation can be extended for $50 per hour, if available, beginning 1 week prior to your event. Extensions cannot be confirmed before that time. If the time slot immediately following your reservation has not been booked, we can extend your reservation.

Guaranteed Extra Time: If you would like to guarantee a longer time in the party room, you must book 2 time slots in advance.

10 Passes Included: When multiple party time slots are booked, the included passes remain 10 child and 10 adult passes total. Additional time may be reserved for your convenience, but guest limits do not increase with added time slots. This helps us manage capacity fairly and provide a great experience for all guests in the facility.

 

Adult Passes:

–  Each reservation has 10 free adult passes, any additional adults are $5 each. While adults may not use the play equipment, they do utilize seating, restrooms, trash services, and overall facility space. For larger parties—especially those with higher adult attendance—we also need to schedule staff support to help manage shared spaces and ensure all guests in the facility have an enjoyable experience.

Charging for additional adults allows us to maintain cleanliness, manage capacity, and keep the environment comfortable for everyone, both within your party and for other families visiting at the same time.

– Regular day pass policies (2 free adults per child) do not apply to party reservations.

Cancellations and Rescheduling my event?

Party Room Cancellation Policy: The $220 reservation fee is due upon booking to secure party room date and time. This event fee includes a $100 room fee and a $120 non-refundable deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

Client Cancellation received at least 14 days before event date- Client receives full Room Fee refund ($100.00)
Client Cancellation received between 7 days and 13 days before event date – Client will receive a 50% Room Fee refund ($50.00).
Client Cancellation received less than 7 days before event date- (and InnerActive remains open) – no refund

RESCHEDULING

(one-time rescheduling, must occur within 2 month of the original event date)
Client Reschedule Request received at least 14 days from original event date – Full original event $220.00 Room Fee will be applied to Rescheduled Reservation.
Client Reschedule Request received between 7 days and 13 days before event date – Full original event $220.00 Room Fee will be applied to Rescheduled Reservation. Client will be assessed an additional $50.00 late rescheduling fee.
Client Reschedule Request received less than 7 days from original event date – no rescheduling option, no refund available.*
Client Reschedule, Client Cancel (for the second time) – no rescheduling option, no refund available.
​*With less than 7 days notice- If the birthday child tests positive for Covid-19, or is placed on quarantine, your event may be rescheduled within 1 month with written confirmation of testing/quarantine.

If InnerActive must cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, a government shut-down, or any other situation out of InnerActive’s control there will be no refunds. InnerActive will help you reschedule your event.
