Host your own private event at InnerActive from 7:30pm–10:00pm on any night of the week. Once we close to the public, the entire park becomes your exclusive space to enjoy with family and friends.

Private after-hours events are $440 (+ tax) and include exclusive access to InnerActive from 7:30pm–10:00pm.

Your reservation includes:
✔ Private play time from 7:30pm–9:45pm
✔ 15 child admissions 
✔ 15 adult admissions 
✔ Bring your own food, drinks, dessert, and party supplies
✔ Exclusive use of the cafeteria space for eating, gathering, and celebrating
✔ 15 minutes at the end for cleanup and exit (by 10:00pm)

Additional guests are welcome:
• Additional children: $14 each
• Additional adults: $5 each

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the park really private?
Yes! Once InnerActive closes to the public at 7:30pm, the entire park is reserved exclusively for your group.

What kinds of events work well for after-hours reservations?
After-hours events are great for birthdays, family gatherings, sports teams, school groups, homeschool groups, reunions, and celebrations of all kinds. Since the entire park is yours, groups can spread out and enjoy the space their own way.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! Bring your own food, drinks, dessert, and celebration supplies.

Is there a limit to how many guests I can invite?
No! Your reservation includes 15 children and 15 adults, and additional guests can be added for a fee.

Can adults play too?
Yes! Adults are welcome to enjoy the equipment and experience the park alongside their children.

What time can we arrive?
Private access begins at 7:30pm after public guests have exited. Your event ends at 9:45pm with cleanup and exit completed by 10:00pm.

What cleanup is required?
We ask groups to remove all personal items, empty garbage into the provided bins, sweep areas used during the event, and return tables to their original locations if moved. We’ll handle the deeper cleaning afterward.

Can we decorate?
Table covers and tabletop decorations are welcome. Balloons, wall decorations, hanging decorations, and piñatas are not permitted.

We’re expecting a lot of adults — is that okay?
Absolutely. One of the biggest perks of after-hours events is having the entire space to yourselves, including exclusive use of the cafeteria area for gathering and celebrating.

 Private-Event Cancellation Policy:

  The $440 reservation fee is due upon booking to secure party room date and time.  This event fee includes a $100 facility fee and the remainder is a non-refundable deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Client Cancellation received at least 14 days before event date- Client receives full facility Fee refund ($100.00)
  • Client Cancellation received between 7 days and 13 days before event date – Client will receive a 50% Facility Fee refund ($50.00).
  • Client Cancellation received less than 7 days before event date- (and InnerActive remains open) – no refund

RESCHEDULING

(one-time rescheduling, must occur within 2 month of the original event date)
Client Reschedule Request received at least 14 days from original event date – Full original event $440.00 Facility Fee and Deposit will be applied to Rescheduled Reservation.
Client Reschedule Request received between 7 days and 13 days before event date – Full original event $440.00 Facility Fee and deposit will be applied to Rescheduled Reservation. Client will be assessed an additional $50.00 late rescheduling fee.
Client Reschedule Request received less than 7 days from original event date – no rescheduling option, no refund available.*
Client Reschedule, Client Cancel (for the second time) – no rescheduling option, no refund available.
*With less than 7 days notice- If the birthday child tests positive for Covid-19, or is placed on quarantine, your event may be rescheduled for a weeknight or non-private weekend event within 1 month with written confirmation of testing/quarantine.

If InnerActive must cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, a government shut-down, or any other situation out of InnerActive’s control there will be no refunds. InnerActive will help you reschedule your event.
